4-23-16 Monday's TMM - The Lease-option home purchase program.

There is an option to waiting and saving to purchase a home. It's called a lease option program.  This is where you rent or lease a home and a portion of your rent or lease payment is applied to the down payment of the home. It's a way for you to lock-in a purchase price of a home at today's values.  This works great when home values are rising quickly.
