Here's a brief description of today's one-minute update of what happened yesterday with mortgage rates, housing and the economy:  Today we have the Homebuilders Association releasing the survey of homebuilders which were hoping to be positive so builders will be motivated to continue to build more homes to meet the shortage of homes for sale in many markets.
