Rom 7:14  For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.

Yes friends, there is spirit in God’s ways, for this we should give God praise

It is a good habit to keep the Lord’s Sabbath

Honor your Father in heaven and father on earth

Honor your Mother the Church and your mother by birth

Do not depart to the right or to the left

Don’t commit theft
