Fadia Thompson
25 years old. Born in Spanish Town Jamaica, parents brought her and her siblings to Florida when she was 8 years old for a better life. Fadia started serving at the age of 16, and as much as she hated what she use to go through at those jobs, she would always go find another serving job because it was hard giving up making $80-$200 sometimes even $400 a night.
“I thought the only way I was gonna amount to something is if I went to school so I tried convincing myself to go, but never made it pass the registration process both times I registered.”
Fadia lost her job in April 2013, and for the first time ever she could not get the job she wanted. “I dabbled in a network marketing company that I saw some, but not much success. My now mentor, caught wind of the fact that I was not in the company. I was at the time putting off joining and after saying no 100 times I joined him the next day. It wasn't easy, but by my 2nd month in I hit F3 and 2 people in my downline hit F3.. The rest has been history since. I now have an organization of well over 100 people, and that's because of the great leaders and mentors we have above us.”
