Business plans - what are they? what are they good for? why should you have you? Often these are questions asked by people starting out in business because they don't see the point. I understand. I didn't either - it seemed like a nonsensical exercise in futulity. However, it was more about how business plans were presented than what they really are. Today, we'll begin looking at business plan - from a different perspective than what is normally taught - and we'll get some energy and life into it - you'll see the purpose it serves - forever!
