Joe Manchin Says No, California Marijuana In Trouble, & Vaccine Mandate Is BacK

The legal marijuana industry in California is “collapsing” amid the state’s regulatory regime. In a letter to California Governor Gavin Newsom, State Senate President pro Tempore Toni Atkins, and State Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon, a group of cannabis industry leaders wrote that “we have been pushed to a breaking point” because of the regulatory system put in place. Members of Congress and their immediate families exchanged more than $630 million in stocks this year. The U.S. Appeals Court for the Sixth Circuit ruled late on Friday that Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration can resume enforcing a vaccine mandate on companies with 100 or more employees. Joe Manchin says, “No” and other Democrats go nuts.
