New York City health commissioner Oxiris Barbot resigned on Tuesday, after clashing with Mayor Bill de Blasio for months over the city’s coronavirus response. I have been saying for months now that the Democrats would look to avoid putting Joe Biden on a debate stage with Donald Trump and now they have begun the campaign to not have a Presidential debate.
