Parting of the Red Sea and You (Exodus 14)

You finally get a long-awaited promotion or some other long-awaited dream, and what happens next?  Oftentimes, a whole new and more intimidating pack of troubles is suddenly on your heels.  This is just what happened to the Israelites when they finally escaped harsh slavery in Egypt.  But God had a plan!  He cleared a path across the Red Sea, and they walked to the other side.  Then, when the enemies of God's people were in pursuit, the waters closed back up and destroyed them.  

When your trust is in God, everything is going to be all right, no matter what.
