This week on Think Atheist Radio, Mr. Brian Clegg. Mr. Clegg studied the Natural Sciences, specializing in experimental physics, at Cambridge University. After graduating he then gained a second MA, this time in Operational Research, a degree focused on mathematics and probability, at Lancaster University. An acclaimed science writer, published in numerous outlets such as Nature, The Times, and The Wall Street Journal, and having authored numerous popular science books, he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. His books include How to Build a Time Machine: The Real Science of Time Travel; The God Effect: Quantum Entanglement, Science’s Strangest Phenomenon; Before the Big Bang: The Prehistory of the Universe; A Brief History of Infinity: The Quest to Think the Unthinkable. His newest book, just released this week, is Gravity: How The Weakest Force in the Universe Shaped Our Lives. We asked Mr. Clegg to join us for a chat about the history of our understanding of gravity, our gradually improving conception over the 20th century, and about what comes next.
