Why do women seek out the "Bad Boys"?

Most women say that they want a "Good Man". They state that they want a nice, caring, understanding man. In addition they may mention that they want a hard working, ambitious guy that's sensitive. With all of that being said, why is it that a lot of women are still in or seek to get into relationships with men that are unemployed, uneducated, cheaters, liars, deadbeat dads, with no plans on improving their lives. Is it their looks, the "money", that smooth "G", also known as Game? Or maybe it's that tool below the waste? What are the reasons ladies? Why do women continue to complain about these types of men, when this is what you decided to settled for?
