Talking with Gaia Journey: How to Bring Universal Codes in through Individuals

In my conversation yesterday with Gaia Journey, Jacob and I had a difference of opinion and I knew right afterwards, that I had a feeling body trying to unlock. I wasn't able to let it unlock however. I felt my self contract and watched a habituated pattern show up where I felt I had to "defend" my perspective. I didn't do it very gracefully and Jacob felt the energy of my contraction. He immediately called me after the show and we decided that we should do a show about learning how to allow another person to express their "story" and not be threatened by it and see it as an opportunity to share your perspective and expand your ability to take in what someone is saying and not take it as an attack if their beliefs are different than yours.

Collectively when we can hear what someone has to say we can open ourselves to expanding our understanding of the world and shift the collective consciousness to be less rigid in our beliefs.
