Currently Leah is the Program Manager for Rescare, Inc. where she is responsible for Overseeing all aspects of programs and services provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities in four Intermediate Care Facilities across three counties.
She has extensive experience in the human services field beginning with her first twelve years working with children and young adults, some with complex medical concerns and others with more complex behavioral challenges. While doing that, she trained to work as part of a crisis response organization, hired to provide additional support and problem.
Leah has extensive experience with the State Of Florida – Department of Children and Families as a Child Protective Investigator. And experience as a Director of Operations focusing on waivered services for individuals with disabilities and assisted living facilities where she was able to combine her experience in Human resources.
Leah is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and a graduate of Capella University, Minneapolis, MN with a degree in Business Administration.
