Why is coming together important?

This episodes talks about the importance of having group activities.  People coming together to achieve a common goal.  It's just brilliant.  Unity, one accord and togetherness is important in coming together.  It's one thing to have a bunch of people together. But it is far greater for these people to be on the same page.
