My name is Kristen Patrick and Donna Buchanan's was my prison mother, but she means much more to me than just the years we spent locked up, she's family a piece of my heart. I'm also a survivor of physical, sexual, mental, drug abuse. I've just started my"clean time 3 weeks ago, & I am part of "MORE TOO LIFE, ABOVE THE NOISE" here in Sarasota FL ran by ordained pastor Dr.Brook Bello & her team who support me & several other women who are survivors of sexual abuse & sex trafficking. I'm interested in telling my story, I wrote it while I was incarcerated but unfortunately it was confiscated by a guard because I allowed a good friend to read it &other inmates are not suppose to be in possession of anther inmates property so it was thrown away like garbage after I spent almost 5 months writing it. If my story can help even ONE child or woman anywhere I'd love to be apart of that.
