This week David Katz joins me in studio as we have one of the best times talking about the character actors we all love. David Katz, his brother and the son of the late great Art Carney have put together an awards show that is absolutely made for us. It's called the Carney Awards and is made solely to recognize the achievements of character actors. You know who I'm talking about - people like Stephen Tobolowsky (Ned Ryerson in Groundhog Day) and Bruce McGill (D-Day in Animal House).
