We will look back on the week in sports to start of the show and then I will be joined by first time fitness competitor Phong Nyguen who recently competed at UFE(Ultimate Fitness Events) Halloween Mayhem 2010. He will join us briefly to talk about his experiences and what it takes to compete at this level. There may be some surprise guests as well so make sure you tune into the Sports Beatdown baby.
