Julie Tran, South Bay Association of Realtors

Our guest this morning is Julie Tran from the South Bay Association of Realtors.

Julie graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a degree in Political Science. There, she also worked for a member of California State Senate representing Orange County. Her career in public service continued as a district staff member for California’s 47th Congressional district which united Los Angeles and Orange County. In addition, Julie is an active grassroots organizer, helping to elect candidates and support issues at all levels of government. She has worked on public policy and advocacy for organized Real Estate for the last 4 years at the state level and now represents the South Bay Association of Realtors as their Government Affairs Director, where she manages and implements local government affairs and political activities in support of the real estate industry and the members of the Association.

This morning, Julie will explain for us the real estate related propositions on the November ballot.
