Ragin Cajun Mardi Gras Weekend

Our guests this morning are Lisa and Steve Hodges, Owners of Ragin Cajun Café & Moonshine Bar in Redondo Beach.

Steve moved from the East Coast to Torrance in 1983 and has resided in the South Bay ever since. His first job was at Lamppost Pizza in Torrance where he worked and then managed for years.

Lisa Hodges is originally from Vancouver, Canada, and met Steve at the 2010 Winter Olympics, while both were watching hockey. After dating long distance for some time, she moved to SoCal, where they eventually got married, had 2 beautiful girls and opened Ragin Cajun Cafe. She's proud to have obtained her US Citizenship and loves living in beautiful California.

Ragin Cajun Cafe has been voted BEST Cajun Food 5 years in a row, and is steadily growing in popularity throughout Los Angeles, known mainly for their truly authentic Cajun style fair, friendly Southern hospitality, fun drinks and fresh, live crawfish shipped directly from Louisiana when in season. 

We’re going to learn about the big Mardi Gras celebration they have planned for Saturday, February 22 and Sunday, February 23 from noon to 6 p.m.
