Our guests this morning are Dave Salzman and Carol Glover from The Salzman Real Estate Team.

A Real Estate Broker for the past 34 years, Dave Salzman has comprehensive experience in brokerage, investment and redevelopment business as a principal and agent, with focus on the retail and investment property resale market. His career has spanned a broad spectrum of property and portfolio management. Putting together large and complex deals comes naturally to Dave after working for nine years at IBM as a top sales/management executive and regional sales manager for the Western United States telecommunications division. Dave earned his BS at Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration/Real Estate Finance.

Carol Glover has been handling real estate sales transactions since 1983. As a broker, real estate attorney, co-owner of a residential rehabilitation/development company and a property management company, Carol has handled just about every type and size of real estate transaction. 

This morning, Dave and Carol will bring us up to date on current real estate trends and what attendees can expect at their Lunch and Learn event on February 12.
