Bettolino Kitchen, Andreanna Liguore

Our guest this morning is Andreanna Giuliano Liguore of Bettolino Kitchen

For as long as Andreanna can remember, she’s always dreamed of opening her own Italian restaurant. She comes from three generations of restaurateurs - her great-grandparents Francis and Gaetano Giuliano opened Giuliano’s Deli in Gardena back in the 1950's. Andreanna’s parents opened Gaetano’s Restaurant in the 1990's when she was eight years old. Gaetano’s, originally intended as a deli, quickly became a full-service restaurant, where Andreanna and her brother Vince spent most of their childhood. 

After college, Andreanna continued to work at Gaetano’s while her brother Vince was in Florence, Italy learning everything there is to know about Italian cuisine at culinary school. It wasn’t until Vince came home, when the siblings and Andreanna’s husband Sean Liguore, decided that they wanted to open their own restaurant. 

Fast forward to present day, Andreanna now has 7-month old Giuliana Liguore who spends every other day at Bettolino Kitchen as Andreanna continues to handle customer service, marketing, and financial aspects of the restaurant. Just like Giuliano's and Gaetano's, Bettolino Kitchen has become a new South Bay favorite for locals and visitors alike.

So this morning, we’re back to our favorite topic – food – specifically Italian food, one of my favorites!
