Our guest this morning is Michele Brown, a South Bay resident and real estate professional and a regular contributor to this podcast.

Michele is the Executive Director for the Real Estate Professionals Team at Keller Williams South Bay.  Her team has been honored as Top Producers with Gold & Platinum Medals for 5 years running. 

Michele is also an experienced keynote and motivational speaker, utilizing her experience of forming, and maintaining the longevity, of teams.  Her sold-out teambuilding sessions for both companies and local associations are renowned.

Michele is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the California Apartment Association. She has served for 6 years on the Keller Williams International Leadership Council and is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including the Keller Williams Cultural Icon award. She specializes in selling luxury properties with as little disruption as possible to the homeowner’s daily routine and with an emphasis on client confidentiality.

Michele's luxury and commercial real estate teams are located in Los Angeles, Dallas, Nashville and most recently, Orange County.  She has an office located in Riviera village and a new office in The Point in El Segundo and this morning, she’s going to tell us about the new office and an upcoming event in April in conjunction with other members of The Point.
