Manhattan Beach Leadership Class

Our guests this morning are Steve Carvel, Jack Tracy and Jim Dillavou representing the Manhattan Beach Leadership Class 2017.

Steven Carvel is a regular guest on The South Bay  Show. He is a Manhattan Beach based estate planning attorney that has worked in the community for over a dozen years handling estate planning needs.  

Jack Tracy, a former Senior Pastor at Christ Church in Denver, is a local musician. Since arriving from Denver in 2011, Jack is consistently booked to perform on stages throughout the South Bay including, The Portofino Hotel, Barney’s Beanery, HT Grill, Saint Rocke, Suzy’s Bar & Grill, Sloopy’s and OB’s among others. 

Jim Dillavou is co-founder and principal of Paragon Commercial Group where he focuses on corporate strategy, acquisitions and capital structuring. Jim’s background in development, law and capital markets has contributed to Paragon’s steady growth as well as its reputation as one of the preeminent retail development firms in the State of California.

This morning, we’re going to discuss the MB Leadership program and this year’s project, "Save Santa’s Float". They’ll be revitalizing the very popular Santa Float that tours the city during the holiday season.
