Pamela Penson

Our guest this morning is Pamela Penson, Founder & CEO of Adia, a professional concierge caregiver service provider to older adults located right here in the South Bay.

Pamela received an MBA from the University of Southern California and earned a PhD in Neuro Economics from Claremont Graduate University, ranked top in her class. Over a decade ago, She founded ADIA to address her general dissatisfaction with the quality of the current in-home caregiver services available. Pamela has worked in the caregiver service sector for over twenty-five years. 

Pamela was awarded 2016 Healthcare Manager of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal Healthcare Leadership Forum.  In 2016, ADIA was voted Favorite Homecare Company by the Los Angeles Newspaper Group’s Daily Breeze Best of Contest and Best Homecare Company by Beach Magazine and the Easy Reader.

This morning, we’re going to speak with Pamela about Adia’s mission, the role it plays in the community and the services they offer.
