Alicia Gilbert was a professional dancer for 15 years and a Health and Fitness teacher for over 2 decades. She has worked with hundreds of clients from top level athletes and celebrities, to kids sports training, to rehabbing the severely injured, to kickin’ it for the weekend warrior! While Alicia’s training background is rich with a multitude of exercise and heath disciplines from the finest movement schools in the country, her specialties are in Classical Pilates, Sports/Body Mechanics, Physio-therapy, Restorative Breathing, and Nutrition.
To bring her expertise all together, Alicia developed TRU Center Training; a holistic approach to fitness that teaches you to work from the inside out and achieve your optimum health and fitness!
This morning, we’re going to learn about Tru Center Training and the integrative methods Alicia uses to achieve wellness for her clients.
