Cooking Classes @ Il Fornaio with Fernanda Cassani

Our guest this morning is Fernanda Cassani from Il Fornaio in Manhattan Beach.

Fernanda began working at Il Fornaio as a hostess in Manhattan Beach in 2001 and became Assistant Manager at the Santa Monica location in 2004.  She spent 8 years there, moving up to Manager in 2005 then taking over as General Manager in 2012. In April of 2013, she returned to Manhattan Beach location as the General Manager.

This morning, Fernanda is going to tell us about some of the upcoming events diners can look forward to at Il Fornaio including wine dinners and cooking classes.
