Manhattan Beach Economic Forum

Our guests this morning are the Chairs of the Manhattan Beach Economic Forum, Liz Griggs of Manhattan Village and Isela Buenabad from First Choice Bank.

Liz has been a frequent guest on the program and is the General Manager of the Manhattan Village Shopping Center. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce and is Chair of the Manhattan Beach Economic Development Committee. The EDC works with the Chamber on some of the initiatives they are currently working on within the City. In addition, Liz’s committee also assists the Chamber in hosting both the Economic Forum and Legislative Luncheon. 

Isela Buenabad is the VP Branch Manager at First Choice Bank and has been a South Bay resident for the past 21 years. She is well-versed in establishing and cultivating successful, long-term client, industry, and community relationships. Isela has worked extensively for several community-based organizations.  She is currently on the Board of the Manhattan Beach Chamber, Manhattan Beach  Coordinating Council, Community Family Guidance Center,  member of the Bellflower Rotary, Ambassador at the Cerritos Regional Chamber, and  Bishop Montgomery High School Mothers Club Co-Secretary.   

This morning we’re going to hear what the Economic Forum is all about and why both local business owners and residents should attend.
