Leadership Redondo Steering Committee

Our guests this morning are Steve Goldstein and Charles Salfity from the Leadership Redondo Steering Committee.

Returning guest, Steve Goldstein, founded Payroll Management Solutions in 2004 after having worked for 21 years in management positions with ADP, Paychex, Dataccount Corp and Advanced Data Source.  Currently, Payroll Management Solutions serves over 600 clients and processes over 10,000 paychecks per month. Steve is Past Board Chair of the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce, and continues as an active member of the RBCC, serving on several committees: Government Relations Council, Political Action Committee, Leadership Steering Committee, Local Issues Committee, Lobster Festival and the Nominating Committee. Steve is also a member of Torrance, Manhattan Beach and Palos Verdes Chambers of Commerce.  

Charles Salfity is an independent financial advisor with almost 4 decades of service to his clients. During the 1999 Christmas break, Charles and his family moved to their new home in Redondo Beach. Shortly thereafter, Charles began to explore avenues by which he could contribute his time and talent in his new city.  He strongly believes that “service to humanity is the best work of life”, a quote taken from the Jaycee creed where he served as District Governor for the South bay Chapters.  

This morning, we’re going to learn what the Leadership Redondo Steering Committee is and what they do.
