Jim Schlager began his career as an entrepreneur, helping families and closely-held business owners manage and coordinate their business’s needs alongside their family’s goals. Always putting the needs of his family and business owner clients first, he utilizes his over 25 years of knowledge and resources to assist his clients in achieving their goals. 

Manny Serrano is a Vice President at the Bank of Manhattan, where his philosophy is client advocacy, integrity, positivity, and professionalism. Mr. Serrano has over 13 years of Business Banking experience. Prior to joining Bank of Manhattan, Manny worked at Citigroup in California and for JP Morgan Chase in Texas, specializing in business and consumer banking clients. His banking career includes a number of achievements that include being ranked over the last 4 years in the Top 10% in the country and more than 25 local awards for his sales and outstanding customer service. Manny has been a South Bay resident for the last 10 years and is also an active Crossfitter.
