An avid outdoorsman, hunter and horseman, Dave is a 30 year veteran of law enforcement, serving the last 16 years as a patrol sergeant.
His other duties include nine years as an Emergency Preparedness and Search and Rescue Team coordinator, and supervisor for his department's Mounted Enforcement Detail.
As a California POST Master Instructor, he has developed and facilitated numerous training courses, including search operations, man tracking, and emergency preparedness.
He is the owner of Gunfighting Inc., which provides firearms and tactics training to law enforcement and military personnel.
Dave is also a Tier One staff instructor for Suarez International, which provides firearms, tactics and personal security training to civilians.
