We have a full panel of guests this morning. We are pleased to welcome Eric Pendergraft.
 
Eric is the Regional Director for the WECC and President of AES Southland, a subsidiary of The AES Corporation.
 
In this capacity he oversees AES’ activities in California, Oregon and Wyoming, which include over 4,000 megawatts of natural gas fired capacity in the Los Angeles basin and 230 megawatts of wind generation.
 
Eric joined the company in 1998 as part of the acquisition of the Southland assets from Southern California Edison, where he previously worked.
 
He has held a variety of other positions with AES including, Vice President of the North America Pacific region and Vice President of Regional Operations in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
 
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
 
We also have Pat Aust joining us this morning.
 
Pat is the current District 3 Council Member for the City of Redondo Beach.
 
Pat is running for Mayor in the March elections.
 
Rounding out the group this morning is Kevin Sullivan.

Kevin served on the Redondo Beach City Council from 1996 through 2002.
