On this week's radio show, Kitty Seelig, Founder and Executive Director of Helpings of Hope will be my special guest. Helpings of Hope is a nonprofit organization here in Indianapolis that is dedicated to elimainating hunger and food waste, and creating food security through community-driven projects that provide affordable, nutritious food for people in areas that would be considered food deserts.
Helpings of Hope will be creating a "community cafe" in Indianapolis (Indy's first). It's a restaurant where people can get delicious and healthy meals, regardless of their economic standing.
I'll also play an encore segment of my first interview with best-selling author and teacher Richard Rohr.
