On this week's radio show my guest is best-selling author and inspirational guide, Shasta Townsend. We'll be talking about her new book, Happy, Sexy, Shameless - What Our Mothers Didn't Know About the Birds & the Bees. Shasta will also be coming to Indianapolis on January 15th & 16th leading two workshops, one on Friday night (an introductory workshop to living a happy, sexy, shameless life) and on Saturday will present a workshop celebration for women (and men) ready to live and love unapologetically! Both will be held at The Playful Soul, 6516 N. Ferguson, Indianapolis.
