Governor Matt Bevin of Kentucky held the Governor's Prayer Breakfast in Lexington at the Horse Farm this year. Quarles, Commissioner of Agriculture, is the first speaker. Iron Bell Music performed the tunes for this event, and the Fish & Wildlife law enforcement presided over the National Anthem.
