"Visions to Vinyl"

The City of Burbank is billed the "Media Capital of the World". Burbank Mayor Anja Reinke comes to "The Pulse" to discuss the city's master plan for the cultural arts and the Cultural Arts Commission. Also, this Spring Host Sybil McMiller is part of a group show called "The 45 Show". Art meets vinyl in this showcase of 45 artists. This edition of "The Pulse" Sybil talks with Co-Creator of The 45 Show, Robert Rodriguez, and exhibitors Keith Mikell, Artist/Art Activist and "Revoluminary", Carole J. McCoy.
