Spare your G-d the drama, yourself the lies and those you consider family and friends the deception and subterfuge of life’s games played out on the field of ignorance.
Spare yourself the self hatred and self pity, the regrets and the woe is me mentality of looking at things. Use sparingly the “get out of jail” card for dealing with daily beat downs and arresting dilemmas each and every day.
Spare the rod and love the child that you are. You get punished enough by the natural consequences of life. Spare nothing by way of loving yourself, your G-d and each and every spirit being of the universe.
