Lift up praise and adoration to and of your G-d, lift your voice in a song to you and those you consider family and friends. Lift a finger to point the way through the confusions of life. Lift a hand to ease the pain and suffering of a world in strife.

Lift your eyes from the ground to the sky that you may see the blessings bestowed upon you. Lift your head held high that you may find   respect amongst the clouds and truth within the fog.

Lift your heart above the petty and your mind above carnal needs to please. Lift your consciousness to a height equal to G-d that you may dwell effortlessly lifted in the arms of the angels.
