Should we allow everybody to lay hands on us to pray?

This is not a show where we tear down the body of Christ but we look to strengthen the body of Christ so we can be better ambassadors to the Kingdom. The harvest is plenty but the labors are few. In this late time of the day we have to prepare ourselves and we must work harder than ever to help lead people to their salvation. Tonight we are looking at should we allow everybody who comes in the name of Jesus to lay hands on us to pray for us. We all need prayer but, is it safe to have someone pray for you who is not trying to live a life that is pleasing to God?
