It’s Thanksgiving time again, and people are making plans to visit family, bond with their loved ones, share some food together, perhaps take a day or two off work, (hopefully with pay), get some rest, watch some football, maybe even watch the halal parts of the Thanksgiving parade. Thanksgiving is a national holiday in the United States and people do different things on that day. Some people will commemorate Thanksgiving Day by the above and some will do it by pointing out how haram they think it is, and that’s the beauty of it, people can commemorate Thanksgiving in many ways, just the way they like.? So how does Thanksgiving Day stack up to Islam and why do we argue about it? That's the topic of today's show on The Muslim Review with your host Imam Luqman Ahmad
