In Holly’s own words, “Ever since I can remember, music has driven me. It has been my coping mechanism in hard times and my outlet in times of joy. Every song I write is extremely personal to me – it’s as if they give me a window into my own soul. I grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota, where I learned to let nature speak to me. There is nothing that I love more then being outdoors, and pieces of nature usually find their way into my songs. I currently reside in Rochester, Michigan and go to Oakland University.
