Have you ever been trapped in the hard case of either staying true to your job or staying true to yourself? What should you do? On the one hand you have an - out - by simply dismissing your actions/responsibilities to the job – It’s my job; I had to do it. While on the other hand, come on, you know that’s not right to do. 

Tonight we have the distinguihed honor of having Anthony Ervin on with us to discuss this topic. Anthony is a retired crisis negotiator, who through experience, has found himself in many trying situation that brought him into direct conflict of job vs self. 

We will delineate between individual righteousness on the job and pressures of the job that must be adhered to.
