Is my Senator more powerful than yours?  Is your representative more powerful than mine?  Our Congress and Senate is composed of human beings, and not angels; therefore, the fallible human beings that comprise our legislative branch will  invariably exhibit human tendencies not unlike we witnessed on the playground in elementary school.  There will be popular Senators.  There will be influential Congressmen.  However, have you stopped to consider the constitutionality of having certain members of the legislative branch more powerful because of their positions in the Congress?  Because the Republican and Democratic Parties select and appoint their members to specific committees and positions, there is an inequality which results in the logical conclusion that some citizens are more powerful than others.  … More . . .
