Bevell  

"The Long Shot" is a show that was created to cover the sport of Golf and do it the right way. We have had coverage of this sport for some time now made by (professionals) that really do not know the first thing about playing the game. This show is fresh and exciting and is definitely going to rise above the average golf show. We will cover the PGA Tour week to week and have special guest from the PGA Tour. The Long Shot is on 3 days a week. Monday Wednesday and Friday @ 8:00pm When you get home and eat dinner with the family , then you can go close yourself off and join us for all of the latest golf news and stories for you. Let's make this show a success and be a part of that success by listening and participating in it. "Keep playing and Keep making birdies"

    the long shot has been off the air due to the host Bevell being ill,

    i want to clear up some rumors about the show. we are continuing on with the show. unfortunately i have been battling an illness and i am back to continue to do the show. I apologize for being dead air for the last month and a half! i will carry on regardless of my situation, barring i am hospitalized, even then  i will try and broadcast from my bed. i am glad i am back and do not plan on going anywhere, God willing. i appreciate all of the loyal listeners and hope that u guys are still around! tune in for another exciting show this saturday,we look forward to it

    We are upgrading The Long Shot by enhancing the technology, and this will increase the quality of  sound and also we will be going to the live cam during the show if any of you want ot see my mug it will be there for you to look at! Also i am in the process of scheduling interviews with PGA tour players, PGA club professionals, and interviews with anyone that is related to golf.
