F.N. Wright December 16, 1942 - March 9, 2012

F.N. (Fred) (Hippie Frank) Wright was born & raised in south central Illinois. He left home at 16 & at age 17 enlisted in the Navy, serving with the Naval Amphibious Forces for four years. He was a Veteran of the Quemoy-Matsu Crisis & the Vietnam War, author, poet and artist, a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan, biker, bullshitter, and a damn good friend. He was the author of several novels (The Whorehouse, 1977, Flight to Freedom, 1986 andThe Music Sluts, 2005). Wright's art and writing have been widely published online and in print.
