Harlem is presently experiencing a new renaissance,
GENTRIFICATION, is erasing the essence of Harlem along with it's residents.  President Bill Clinton could have established his office anywhere in the USA, but chose Harlem. This was The Beginning of The End of The History of HARLEM!
