Gregg Krech is one of the leading authorities on Japanese Psychology in North America and the Founding Director of the ToDo Institute, a nonprofit educational center in Monkton. He is the author of several books, including the award-winning Naikan: Gratitude, Grace & the Japanese Art of Self-Reflection (Stone Bridge Press, 2002) and A Natural Approach to Mental Wellness (ToDo Institute, 2012). Gregg has pioneered the use of Japanese Psychology for over 20 years, designing diverse programs for audiences around the world including mental health professionals, cancer patients, zen centers, hospice volunteers, mental health consumers, and corporate management. His work has been featured in a wide range of publications including the SUN magazine, SELF, Utne Reader, Fitness, Counseling Today, and Experience Life. Through his books, workshops and retreats, Gregg has introduced thousands of people around the world to the fascinating world of Japanese Psychology.
