The Lady L Show

Laura also known as Lady L has been doing her thing since she's set foot on the Lehman College Campus. Unlike most college freshmen, Laura wasn't afraid to venture out and see what was out there. She looked forward to everything college had to offer especially in the Arts and Media field. After wandering around campus one day, Laura found her way to Lehman's radio station- WHLC. Upon entering the station, she was greeted by the general manager and was soon introduced to other staff members. "I was greeted with open arms. It was one big family at WHLC, and after one week, I knew I wanted to be apart of that family." Laura started as an on-air personality. She was a co-host on the show 3LE- the 3 L's of Entertainment. Laura, along with now close friends- Lena and Latae, held a successful show for the fall semester of 2006. Unfortunitly, that would be the last show they'd all do together due to scheduling conflicts, but Laura continued to do her thing. At the start of Spring 07', Laura introduced her own show- the Lady L show. The Lady L show received great reviews from her fellow peers. She keeps her show alive with the latest music, hot topics and heated discussions about current events in the urban community. Her show continues to be enjoyed by Lehman students. At the start of the Fall 2007 semester Lady L was promoted to Music Director of WHLC. In addition, Lady L, has now joined the blogtalkradio podcast family! "Being apart of blagtalkradio means alot to me, and my main goal is to please my listeners and keep them entertained with good music & great topics!" Lady L will continue to bring great music and hot topics to radio, and looks forward to what the future holds!
