Ronnie Fields was one of the Greatest basketball players to hit the courts of Chicago. Fields suffered a neck injury during his senior season in a car accident which, altered his basketball career. Ronnie Fields and Kevin Garnett were former high School teammates at Farragut High School on the West Side of Chicago.
