Special Guest: Felicia Bentine 

Felicia Bentiné Padilla is the CEO and Founder of FNB Communications, a Public Relations, Management and Marketing agency representing Independent Gospel Recording Artists, Christian Radio Personalities and Self-published Authors. Her mission is to spread the Gospel internationally through the Ministry of the Word and Song.
Prior to starting her agency, Ms. Bentiné Padilla was an Educational Administrator for the New York City Department of Education. She began her career as a Bilingual Special Education Teacher and developed her expertise as a Specialist for English Language Learners. After 13 years in the classroom, Ms. Bentiné became an administrator for the last 7 years of her tenure. 
A former Assistant Publicity Manager for a top local television station, she has an extensive background in public relations. She honed her craft as a public relations specialist at ESSENCE Magazine and the “Motown Returns to the Apollo” Celebration. In addition, she was part of the event planning teams for the MTV Music Video Awards and Annual MTV New Year’s Eve Rock and Roll Ball. 
Ms. Bentiné Padilla has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration; a Master of Science Degree in Education with a Bilingual Extension and a Post-Graduate Professional Diploma as a School District Administrator.
Born in Spanish Harlem, she is the eldest of four (4) siblings. Her father was born in Puerto Rico and her mother is a first generation descendant of Puerto Rican parents. She has a married son; grandchildren and a myriad of great grandchildren.
