Selling or Buying "The Roll Each Plays"

Last week we did not have enough time to explore "Why now is a good time to sell"!

Ironically, Buying is a good time "To Buy".!

It doesn't seem to be logical because in the past it has always been a "Sellers Market" or a "Buyers Market" but not both at the same time.

We will discuss this phenomenon that may only last for a year or so!
