The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most influential and world renowned of the philosophical texts to come from the Hindi philosophy. It is the epic verse about Lord Krishna (the manifestation of God in the Hindu tradition) having a talk with Pandava prince Arunja before they go into battle. Within that conversation are many universal spiritual truths are discussed and throughout it contains the message of transformation and growth.

Our guest Myra Godfrey began a non-profit organisation last year called "Gita For The Masses" http://gitaforthemasses.com to promote the fundamental truths from the Gita to humanity of how to overcome obstacles and be victorious in all aspects of life. People from any spiritual tradition, faith or religion can benefit from understanding its message.

She will also be discussing her healing practise, Hridaya Healing. http://www.facebook.com/HridayaHealing where she practises numerology, Kundalini Yoga, and Transformational and Healing offerings. She follows the Shakti(Feminine) Tantra tradition known as the Sri Vidya which celebrates the Divine Feminine in the form of Goddess Tripurasundari in her healing work. Listen to find out how you can use the principles in your own life!
